ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵੇਲਾ ਸਚੁ ਨਾਉ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ॥
Amrit vela sach nao vadiaai vichar.
In the time of amrit, contemplate the True Name and the greatness of the Creator.
