Coming soon to iPhone and Android
Nitnem, training and nutrition, all in one app. Stronger in body, steadier in Sikhi, every single day.
Free. One email on launch day, nothing else.
What's inside
Other apps charge up to £35 a year just to read Nitnem. We won't. Every bani in every samparda's gutka, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Sri Dasam Granth, the daily Hukamnama, your training plans and your nutrition tracking are free in Sovereign, for good. Getting fit shouldn't cost you either.
A good personal trainer costs £30 to £50 a session. That's up to £200 a month for one hour a week. Sovereign gives you the plan, the log and the nutrition for free, and Sovereign+ does the coaching every single day.
Gym, hybrid, running, triathlon or martial arts. Week by week.
Weights and reps in seconds. Beat last time, every time.
Calorie and protein targets. Roti, dal and sabji included.
Learns how you lift and sets your next weight and reps.
Free means free
Free, always. No card, no trial, no catch.
Yes. Gurbani, habits, training plans and nutrition tracking are free for good, with no card and no trial. Sovereign+ is £7.99 a month or £59.99 a year, covering your whole family. It adds the coaching and community: readiness, progressive overload, selection prep, Gurmukhi and Santhya, the Sangat and more. 10% of it goes to a Sikh charity as Dasvandh.
It's built for Sikhs first, with Nitnem and Gurbani at its heart. Anyone is welcome to use the training and food side.
It's being built now for iPhone and Android. Join the list and we'll email you once, the day it launches.
Thank you. You won't be charged again, and everything in the app, Sovereign+ included, is free for you for life. We'll email you when it's ready.
Yours. Choose your gutka and maryada, from SGPC to Damdami Taksal, Budha Dal, Nanaksar, AKJ and every other samparda, and the app follows it.
Join the list and get the app the day it launches. Run with us on Strava in the meantime.
