Policy

Terms.

Last updated: 2 June 2026.

Who you contract with

Your contract is with Sovereign Standard Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17248595). Our registered office is on the public register at Companies House. You can reach us at info@sovereign-standard.com.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account and you must be able to enter into a binding contract under the law of the country you live in. By signing up you confirm that both are true.

Membership

By creating an account, you agree to use Sovereign Standard for its intended purpose: training, accountability, and rooted community. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Membership is a paid subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page in pound sterling. The price you see is the price you pay: any VAT that applies is already included, and nothing is added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month or each year until you cancel. We send a reminder email before each annual renewal. You can change your card, switch plan, or cancel at any time from Settings.

Cancellation and refunds

You have a statutory right under UK and EU consumer law to cancel your subscription within fourteen days of starting it. Because the membership unlocks digital content the moment you sign up, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate access at sign-up and to acknowledge that this waives the statutory right to cancel for digital content already supplied. Even where the statutory right does not apply, we offer a full discretionary refund within fourteen days of your first paid period.

After fourteen days, paid billing periods are not refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the current period. Full detail is on the Refunds page.

Conduct

The Sangat is moderated. Spam, harassment, sectarianism, impersonation, or content that does not belong in a Khalsa community will be removed and the account banned. We will tell you which rule was broken and, where reasonable, give you a chance to respond before a permanent ban. We can suspend or terminate access where conduct breaches these terms or applicable law.

Training disclaimer

The Body coach generates training plans based on the questionnaire you fill out. It is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. You are responsible for training within your own limits. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury, consult a qualified professional before starting and stop immediately if you feel unwell.

The Body coach and AI

The Body coach is built by us. The reasoning step is performed by a large language model operated by Anthropic. The model produces drafts, not certainties. The plan you see is the model's output, framed by our methodology. We do not guarantee specific training outcomes and you are responsible for sense-checking the plan against your own body. See the Privacy page for what data is sent and how it is handled.

Intellectual property

The lessons, programmes, library content, code, and brand assets are owned by Sovereign Standard. You may consume them as a member for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, republish, resell, or use them to train an AI model. Content you post in the Sangat remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it inside the platform.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer, you have rights under UK or EU consumer law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and equivalent EU legislation) that nothing in these terms takes away or reduces.

Termination by us

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your conduct puts the Sangat or other members at risk, or if we are required to by law. Where possible we will give notice and a chance to put things right. If we close your account for any reason other than breach, we refund any unused, prepaid portion of your subscription.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members by email at least fourteen days before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you can cancel your subscription before they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK or in the EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
