Policy
Refunds.
Last updated: 2 June 2026.
Your statutory right
If you live in the UK or the EEA, consumer law gives you a fourteen-day cooling-off period from the day you start your subscription. Sovereign Standard is digital content, which means you are asked at sign-up to expressly consent to immediate access. By starting the membership during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel for the digital content already supplied. This is required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the UK and the equivalent rules under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Our discretionary 14-day refund
Even where the statutory right does not apply, we offer a full discretionary refund within fourteen days of your first paid period if Sovereign Standard is not for you. We do not ask for reasons.
After 14 days
Past the fourteen-day window, paid billing periods are not refundable. Cancel any time from Settings to stop future charges; your access continues to the end of the current period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same fourteen-day refund window. After that, the annual fee is not pro-rated.
How to request
Email info@sovereign-standard.comfrom the address on your account with the subject line “Refund request”. We reply within two working days and process approved refunds back to your original payment method within fourteen days.
